Eternity with Yves Saint Laurent

July 30, 2010

The coffee table and Yves Saint Laurent are old friends. Over the years there have been a bevy of  books and biographies of the late YSL but, the latest addition to the collection is beyond words. Written by and Florence Muller and Farid Chenoune, the tome, simply titled, Yves Saint Laurent, is an accompaniment to the retrospective at the Petit Palais in Paris and covers everything from the designer’s childhood to his unprecedented fashion fame. If a trip to Paris isn’t in the cards, we highly recommend snagging this bad boy at the nearest Barnes and Noble and live vicariously through the pictures of French excess and success!
